Office Coordinator (Deputy or Shared Role) living in Bristol, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire and Bath & North East Somerset
The RSVP West Region is looking for an over-50’s volunteer to join its friendly Office Team based at The CREATE Centre, Bristol.
Our Office Coordinator needs additional help and the person we are looking for could act in the capacity of her Deputy or Assistant or in a Shared Role.
You will have basic IT and administration skills, be good at ‘attention to detail’ and enjoy working in a team environment.
You would need to commit to visiting The CREATE Centre office for a minimum of one half a day a week in order to check the post, answer the phone and to support our Office Team with general administration duties, including filing, scanning, printing and shredding of documents.
In particular, you would be responsible for ensuring that our archived information is maintained according to RSVP privacy policies.
The role will also involve the maintenance and updating of our ACCESS-based Membership (and Projects) Database – suitable training will be available.
Finally, we would expect the new volunteer to be willing, after an initial familiarisation period, to deputise for our Office Coordinator.
